For every product purchased at SAVE A PLANET by Threadfox, trees will be planted in regions affected by severe deforestation, revitalizing ecosystems and habitats. Trees are planted in regions in critical condition such as Nepal, Madagascar, Haiti, Indonesia, and Kenya.
Trees release the oxygen we breathe
Trees release oxygen when they harness energy from sunlight to make glucose from carbon dioxide and water. Approximately 7 to 9 trees can create enough oxygen to sustain a single person.
Trees produce food
Just one fruit tree can yield up to 15-20 bushels of fruit each year. These trees provide important sustenance to humans, as well as wildlife.
Trees provide a habitat for life
Wherever there are trees, wildlife and other plants are sure to follow, resulting in a healthier ecosystem. Trees provide food, shelter, and shade for a variety of animals.
Trees help filter our air
Trees are often called the lungs of the earth because they absorb pollutants through their leaves, trapping and filtering contaminants in the air.
Trees help prevent water pollution
Trees reduce runoff by breaking rainfall, allowing the water to flow down the tree to the roots below. This prevents stormwater from carrying pollutants to the ocean.
Trees reduce flood damage
Tree root systems will help keep soil in place that would otherwise be washed away by heavy rainfall.
Who plants the trees?
SAVE A PLANET by Threadfox has partnered with Eden Reforestation Projects to plant all trees. Trees are planted by local workers to help reduce slavery and alleviate extreme poverty through environmental stewardship.
Official Tree Planting Partner
We strongly believe in corporate social and environmental responsibility. As a shared passion, we began participation in this wonderful initiative in November 2019, and have never increased pricing on our customers to cover the cost of the trees. By choosing SAVE A PLANET by Threadfox, we enable you, our customer, to help repair a damaged ecosystem; it is together that we have the power to change the world.
